1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited uses of the 2XRev Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Facilitate money laundering or terrorism financing

2.2 Harmful Content

• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Share content that is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Post illegal, obscene, or offensive material

2.3 System Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Circumvent security features or usage limits
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

2.4 Misuse of AI Assistant

• Use the AI assistant to generate content that violates any laws
• Attempt to extract or reverse engineer the AI system
• Use the AI to create misleading or fraudulent business advice for others
• Share AI-generated content that falsely claims guaranteed results

2.5 Account Abuse

• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Provide false or misleading information

3. Usage Limits & Budgeting

To protect service quality and manage costs, we enforce usage budgets:

• Trial accounts receive 20 free email responses (no AI budget)
• Paid accounts operate on a rolling 30-day budget: for every £300 in revenue (subscriptions + top-ups), you receive £50 in AI usage budget
• When your budget reaches £0, AI services pause until you top up or your rolling window resets
• Email attachments require paid accounts and a minimum £2.00 remaining budget
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits by creating multiple accounts or manipulating the system is prohibited

4. Document Upload Guidelines

When uploading documents to the Service, you must:

• Only upload documents you have the legal right to use
• Not upload confidential information belonging to third parties without authorization
• Not upload documents containing personal data of others without proper consent
• Not upload files that could harm the system or other users
• Stay within file size limitations (15MB per file, 3 files per email)
• Use only supported formats: PDF, DOCX (Word), and TXT files

Email Attachment Requirements: Email attachments are only available for paid accounts with active subscriptions and require a minimum remaining budget of £2.00. Trial accounts must use the web portal for document uploads.

4. Data Usage Restrictions

You agree that:

• Your use of the Service is for your own business purposes only
• You will not resell or redistribute access to the Service
• You will not use data or insights from the Service to create competing products
• You will not attempt to extract proprietary methodologies or algorithms

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report them immediately through the Service or by contacting support. We investigate all reported violations.

6. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account
• Reporting to law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected
• Legal action to recover damages

We reserve the right to take any of these actions at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

7. Cooperation with Investigations

You agree to cooperate with any investigation into potential violations of this policy. We may preserve and disclose account information if required by law or if we believe it is necessary to:

• Comply with legal process
• Enforce this policy
• Respond to claims of policy violations
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of 2XRev, users, or the public

8. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
